hey there ;-) someone told me that the avon hair and nail vitamins are excellent at preventing the hair loss. hope that helps.

Hey all!! update update! i had surgery april 1,2002 and im now as for today lost 67 pounds!!! i cant believe i got this far!!!! Im still having plms wtih " i hate food sydrome" but im trying really hard!!! i force myself to eat.. or few bites better then none.. i drink alot!! so hope i get over that stage.. hugs all!!! 12 weeks post op 67- april 1,2002

Hello everyone!! I'm 11 weeks post op tmw and i lost total of 61 pounds! im under 200 now!!! but all the clothes i wore when i was 200 sitll dont fit me. .im now 191 and very tight in size 20 grrrrr.. i think im loseing weight in my upper part of body and of couse my butt hip and tummy but it slower in that area.. my face arm and chest and back legs went smaller.. i cant wait to fit in my old clothes! i hope soon! cuz i dont want to go shopping for short.. i have short but they are soo baggy on me.. i wore that when i was pregnant and being overweight still fitted me.. so now it fit but not in my leg flappy!!! hahaha cotton and loose.. sooo im soo happy i lost 61 pounds!!!!!!!!! appox 50 or would be nice 60 pounds to go! it not that skinny it the ideal weight aveage.. but ill be happy if i get to 150... at least i feel great!!! good luck on you all!!!! this surgery is great tool!!!! im already half way there!!!!
