Hi Everyone, Sara's sister Laura got ahold of me and let me know that she is out of surgery and in recovery. Everything went well it sounds. They look forward to being able to see her! Congrats Sara!

Hi NYC Sara, Plastic surgery is the most powerful boost to your self image.....I wish you the best of luck. Congratulation in having the courage to do it. It takes a lot of risk to make the decision to have PS however the reward are awesome.......Enjoy the result. Look at it from a healing process physically and specially mentally.......Have a blast in your newest journey......Hugs Dani
