Hi Dianne~~Congratulate on your weight loss. You are doing GREAT! I had my surgery February 21st and have lost 50 pounds. As far as diet cokes go. I to am a lover. I got me a six-pack of the little 4oz diet cokes, (I call them half-cans) and put them in the refrigerator and I will open one sit it back in fridge and have a few sips about an hour later. That lets some of the fizz go out without losing the taste. My husband gets a kick out of me buying those baby diet cokes. I just tell him that I'm trying to cut down. I was a faithful diet coke drinker before surgery. Probably about 7 or 8 a day. They haven't hurt me at all. Just take a sip or two then see how you do. Just be careful and enjoy. Dianne, I occassionally have a diet coke (love the diet vanilla coke) I pour it in a glass to release some of the bubbles and drink it slowly... good luck

Dianne, hang in there! I was throwing up EVERYTHING. Now at 9 wks, it's gotten so much easier.... I still have food intolerances, but doing much better. You will too!
