Hi OH Family it has been a while.  Alot has happened since I have been mia.  I have my share of ups and downs as far as my weight loss for the most part it has been on the up but I'm back on the right track.  I'm now divorced which means I lost a 185 pounds of dead weight and I'm tahnkfrul for that.  Now I just have to work hard to get the other 60 pounds of weight off of me.  I'm back and I'm refocused.  I have missed everyone and I'm glad to see all of the weight loss that is just amazing I'm back and ready to be a part of it.

Hi Family I hope everyone has done their taxes tomorrow is the deadline.

I haven't posted in a while I have been dealing with a lot and just wasn't doing what I needed to do but I'm back.  I have recommited myself to doing the right thing.

I go in tomorrow for a fill I know the doctor is going to fuss at me but I deserve it I brought this on myself.  I fell back into my old routine of just eating any and everything.

I had this surgery because I wanted to take back control of my life and still and yet I'm allowing food to control us both.  I'm determined to do this and I thank everyone that encouraged me though this rough time it is greatly appreciated.

Good morning everyone I went to the doctor Friday for my 3rd fill.  I weighed in at 255.5 which is up about 5 pounds from two weeks ago.  So I welcomed my fill up open arms.  I'm even more determined now to make this tool work for me and me work with it.

I have recommitted myself to working out 5 days a week, drinking my water and watching my carbs.  With these 3 major life style changes I know that I can reach my goal by my anniversary date.  It's not easy but anything worth having never is.

I'm starting my day off with my coffee and then mid day I will have my breakfast 3 slices of bacon and one boiled egg.  I will drink a  minimum of 64 oz of water today.  About 3:30 I will have my lunch baked chicken and some greens.  I will finish up with dinner a protein shake and a long walk.

Well I am 3 months post op and I'm seem to be doing pretty good not as good as I could have been because I did fall off the wagon but I'm back on it and the scale seems to be moving in the right direction again.  I have been excersing regularly and also trying to remember to take my vitamins as I should.  I have been doing pretty good with my water I'm going to have another 20 oz before bed.  I know I will be running to the bathroom all night but it's okay I tell myself I'm making a fat drop off.  I will post some new pics soon to me they look like the old ones but there are a few they aren't cute or anything but in those I can see the difference.  Well I go to the doctor on the 19th I will report in then.

Good morning everyone it is a new month and the scale is moving.  I got up this morning did my sweating in the spirits 1.  I'm going to order #2 soon I hope it's as good as #1.  I'm fixing me breakfast now 2 boiled eggs and 3 slices of bacon.  I'm going to take my vitamins this morning.

When I get in this evening I'm going to do my walk away the pounds.  I feel really good his morning.  What a difference a morning work out makes.  My birthday is in 10 days so I want to at least be at 250 by then and I believe that I can make it.  My original goal was to be at 240 but I won't make it but at least I won't be in the 260's.  I'm back on track it took me a minute but I'm getting there.  I go to the doctor on the 18 I will le everyone know how it goes.

Hi everyone just wanted to drop in an give an update.  I went to the doctor on Tuesday I was down 4 more pounds but I know that I could have done a lot better if I would have stay on track.  But I have regrouped and I'm back on track.  He told me by the next time I come I should be down 10-12 pounds and to be honest I'm working hrd to be down 15 pounds.  I have to play catch up.

He gave me my second fill and I can tell the difference I have restriction.  After my first fill I could eat anything and as much of it as I wanted.  Now I am limited and I'm so thankful my band is finally working.  I'm going to set down and plan my menu for the week so that way I won't go off track.  I went to GNC and got some Muscle Milk Light it's not bad I got some on clearance that expires in April because that stuff is expensive.  I hope to see the scale really moving and also I vowed to weigh myself once a week instead of everyday and dealing with up and downs of the scale rollercoaster.

I will be sure to keep you all posted.

It has already been two months since my surgery and even though I have lost some weight I don't feel like I lot as much as I could have.  Lately my old way of life has creep back in.  I'm finding myself snacking and drinking Pepsi.  But like Beyonce says in her song all I have in the end is me, myself and I to blame.  So I'm going to hold me, myself and I accountable and get back on the right track.

I went walking last earlier and I'm taking my vitamins now and I have been drinking water all day long. My birthday is next month and I plan to be at 240 by February 11 which will be right at my 3rd month out.

Surgery was the easy part eating right afterwards is the hard part.  But this site is proof that it can be done.  You just have to stay focused.  Well I go to the dr on Tuesday  will check back in then and let you all know how everything went.

Good morning it's the 5th day of the  new year and all is going well.  I have taken my vitamins every day had all of my water plus more every and worked out for at least and hour every day.  The scale is starting to move again.  I go for my fill on next Friday.  I can't say I don't have restriction I still get hungry I just can't eat as much at one time.  But I try to restrict myself.  I'm still working on not drinking while I'm eating it's hard but it will get easier practice makes perfect.

Oh I had a wow moment a pair of jeans that I have not been able to get in since 2006 I had them on yesterday.  Now I'm just working on all of the other clothes that I bought to small praying to someday get into them.  Well that's all for now.

It's officially 2008

Happy New Year Family, I weighed in this morning at 267 pounds which is 6 pounds heavier than I was last week.  I have not really been eating but I have been doing quite a bit of drinking.  And that is a no no so I enjoyed myself last night we had a New Years Party.  And today is a new day the rest of my life moving in the right direction.  I vowed to exercise 5 times a day for at least an hour, drink at least 64 oz of water a day, take my vitamins every day and to do whatever it takes to get this weight off.  Play time is over it's time to put in hard work.

I thank GOD for giving me another chance to get my life together and I'm going to take it and make the most it.

May each and everyone of you have a prosperous and Happy New Year.
