"Dr. Proctor is a very loving doctor, I got that from him the first time I saw him at a public info meeting. When I went for my surgery consult with him, I liked him even more--he made me feel very comfortable, and it was like he knew me personally. I had a lot of problems after my surgery, and Dr. Proctor and his staff was with me all the way. I think Dr. Proctor is a wonderful surgeon and a wonderful person in general."
