I told you all about how I was super tight and could barely eat anything and how it slowed my weight loss to almost NOTHING.  Well, after my adjustment, I could eat again.  It took about two or three weeks with stagnate weight loss before it picked up again, but I am back in business!  I am looking forward to going back to see my Doc to get an accurate idea of what my loss is, but according to my scale it is about 6lbs this week!  I REALLY regret waiting so long to get loosened up!  I keep thinking about how I wasted a WHOLE MONTH being too tight.  I was so uncomfortable, I couldn't eat anything without pain and slime.  The experience sucked and then there was NO pay off because my weight loss slowed.  Even after getting loosened up, it took some time for my body to get right and my weight loss to resume.  If ever I find myself too tight, I will not wait or hesitate, I will get back in to see my Doc ASAP so that I can get loosened up.

TOBACCO COMPANIES ARE SCARED TO DEATH OF CHANTIX. THEY KNOW CHANTIX WORKS! THEY KNOW THAT THEY WILL LOOSE BUSINESS AND MONEY BECAUSE OF CHANTIX. I AM TIRED OF THIS PROPAGANDA PROMOTED BY TOBACCO COMPANIES WHO ARE TRYING TO SCARE PEOPLE AWAY FROM A PRODUCT THAT WILL BREAK THE ADDICTION TO NICOTINE THAT THEY HAVE DENIED, BUT PROMOTED FOR YEARS. CIGARETTES KILL! THEY ARE FAR MORE DANGEROUS THEN CHANTIX. GET REAL, IT IS IN ANY SMOKERS BEST INTEREST TO TRY CHANTIX AND QUIT SMOKING. ON THE OTHER HAND, IT IS IN THE TOBACCO INDUSTRIES BEST INTEREST TO PROMOTE PROPAGANDA TO SCARE PEOPLE AWAY FROM TRYING SOMETHING THAT WILL END THEIR ADDICTION TO POISONOUS CIGARETTES AND TAKE MONEY OUT OF SOME FAT CAT TOBACCO MAN'S POCKETS! I TRIED IT ALL; THE PATCH, THE NICOTINE INHALER, ZAYBAN (WELLBUTRIN), HYPNOSIS, ETC. THE ONLY THING THAT WORKED FOR ME WAS CHANTIX. I TOOK CHANTIX FOR 1 MONTH AND I HAVE BEEN SMOKE FREE FOR OVER A YEAR, AND I HAVE NO DESIRE TO SMOKE AGAIN. I AM SO GLAD THAT I WAS NOT SCARED OFF BY THE TOBACCO INDUSTRIES LIES. CHANTIX WORKS! THE TOBACCO INDUSTRY HAS A HISTORY OF LYING! THEY LIED TO GET PEOPLE SMOKING, THEY LIED ABOUT THE ADDICTIVENESS OF CIGARETTES, THEY LIED ABOUT WHAT WAS IN CIGARETTES, THEY LIED ABOUT HOW AND TO WHOM THEY WERE MARKETING CIGARETTES, THEY LIED ABOUT THE DANGERS OF SMOKING, AND NOW THEY ARE LYING ABOUT CHANTIX. DON'T BELIEVE THE LIES, TRY CHANTIX AND QUIT SMOKING! I FEEL SO MUCH BETTER TO NOT BE A SLAVE TO CIGARETTES! IT IS ONE OF THE BEST THINGS THAT I HAVE DONE FOR MY SELF AND MY HEALTH!

After my last fill, I was soooooo tight I could hardly eat.  I never knew what I could eat and what I couldn't eat.  I would get stuck with soup, but be able to eat a sandwich.  It was horrible.  I was barely eating because I couldn't take the awfulness of the experience.   I went in to the the office for my check up and had only lost 4 pounds.  4 pounds!  After all of that suffering, only 4 pounds.  I knew I was not overeating, I was barely eating at all, and apparently, that was the problem.  It turns out that overeating and undereating are equally destructive.  I was really afraid to get an unfill, but the nurse practitioner suggested it. She explained that my body was holding on to every calorie because it was afraid of not getting enough.  So I did it.  I got a small unfill.  After my mushy adjustment period, I started eating.  BOY could I eat.  It was great.  I wasn't having any problems eating, but I was afraid that I would gain weight, but low and behold, when I weighed myself, I was down 4 pounds!  It was really amazing.  Restriction is good, but too tight is just not right!
