"When I first met \"Dr. Chuck\" I asked him why he'd chosen bariatrics for a profession. His response was that he found it so gratifying to help obese people find solutions to a problem they'd often been fighting all of their lives. I was sold! He is very patient, thorough and great to answer your questions. Unfortunately, you don't see much of him during the process but he has an excellent support staff that you'll work with regularly. Both my family and I were very comfortable talking with him. "
