Prior to having my first child I was on the opposite end of the spectrum. I was trying to gain weight. Only weighing 105. Four children and for ever (my oldest is 18) later, I am at highest weight. I could blame all my weight on the kids, but I completely hit the self destruct button myself.
When every I was happy I celebrated with my BFF (bad food). When ever I was sad I threw a pity party and invited my BFF.
I am now ready to end my relationship with my BFF and become a fit, healthy, active role model for myself and my children.
