Had surgery 9/24-feeling pretty good! wow, I hate that picture on my profile-doesn't the camera add 10 lbs? why is it all to my face!
I have lost about 6 lbs since last week, and I think that is pretty good for a lapband surgery person. But I haven't had any hunger issues-maybe once or twice, but the CIB shakes I make are pretty filling, and I actually like them!
I look forward to hearing from other lapband participants on their journey to health!
