"My first impression of Dr. Fang was positive. He was calm and quiet. He was knowledgable, informative and pleasant. rnrnHis office staff is somewhat unorganized. The front desk receptionist is very unaproachable and unconcerned, made me feel like I was bothering her to be there. But, on the positive side, Kolleen in prior-auth. is very attentive and follows through. She is pleasant and professional. I appreciated her responses to me. She was one of the people who made this experience very positive for me.rnrnI would love to have both aspects of surgical competence and bedside manner in the surgeon I choose, but if I had to choose one it would be competence! I believe Dr. Fang to have both. I rate him and his Physician's assistant 10/10!!!"
