"Dr. Lautz seemed extrmely knowledgable from the first time we met and continued to be so throughout the process. His staff is incredible which is a good thing because he seems to be a bit too busy and depends on them quite a bit. I always felt in very capable hands and he quelled many of my fears especially after we discussed his very publicized single mortality from a failed staple gun. I feel as with any medical procedure you as the patient need to be well educated and responsible for your own care. He is very sweet and caring but you do not get to see much of that side because he simply does not have the time. This is not a bad thing because he is so good at what he does he is in great demand. rnrnThe program he works within is extremely structured and no one, if they pay attention, should ever not know what to do and what comes next. I highly recommend him. rnrnPS - his secretary (I hate to call her that) Eileen really takes alot of the stress and pressure off of the whole process. "
