"I liked Dr. Scott from the beginning. His office staff was wonderful and I believe they are the reason my surgery was approved. I'd give him a rating of an 8. After the surgery I never heard from him again. He is no longer practicing in Lubbock, Texas that I am aware of. I think surgical competance is important but beside manner can only help. I would do everything all over again. Don't ask me about my hospital stay. Thats a whole new story. "
