OK friends from Michigan I would like to try to start a walk with friends from Michigan! We can meet in different places in Michigan for are walks, I live down river and I'm willing to drive 45 to 1 hour away to meet and walk with good friends. We can have are better half's came with us and are friends too. Let me know if you are will to start a walk up in Michigan. please let me know and I will be more then happy to set it up!

Well I have been cleaning today and I will say it is looking great! My son is coming home on Saturday and he is bringing a friend home(girl friend) So I can't wait to see him. I will be fixing grill chicken on Saturday for dinner but I need a side dish, I know we will have a salad. Will I'm going back to cleaning be back later

So my daughter and I walk tonight it was a nice walk! But we had the dogs so it was at a very fast walk...thanks to the dogs! It was still nice being with my daughter and how she gets me moving I love her for that

It looks like I have to move my surgery date to July 11, I still wish I did not have to move my date, doctor will be going to a National Bariatric Society Conference.
