Wow...over 6 years post-op! I can hardly believe that much time has past.
A quick update. I'm healthy. I try to be very diligent with taking my Vitamins, Calcium and eating protein.....I do my labs in a timely manner, it has served me well.
Life is much easier to live when you are doing it in a Non-morbidly Obese body!
