Monica S.
I'm Monica I live in Indianapolis Indiana. In February 2008 I had WLS (for those of you that are new to this stuff that means Weight Loss Surgery) I know it seems like it would be a simple deduction Watson, but yep I didn't know what it meant WLS?! There are a lot of things that seem to be simple deduction with WLS, maybe I'm just dense but I didn't know what lots of terms meant, like using the term "head hunger" which I find I suffer with, crazing, which I also seem to suffer with, and no will power what so ever (this I am all to well acquainted with)! Which shouldn't surprise those of you who have battled obesity your whole life! So you want my story. Well I've come to the conclusion that I'm still a FATHEAD! (title of the book I will write when I am one day past all this) Thanks to the wonderful "tool" RNY! Yes, I even looked up what that meant! I have never been so excited and so scared at the same time. Excited for success, scared of failing! I have learned that nothing worth while ever comes easy, so with great anticipation I have started my road to success! I may rewrite this at a later date, but for now that's my story, and I'm sticking to it.
P.S. Someone once told me (in boxing class actually) that: "Pain is just weakness leaving your body!" Lately there's been a lot of weakness leaving me! HA!
