"Dr Jawad is a very quiet doctor. I liked the presentation he prepared for the first visit. He seems very confident and competent in doing this surgery. After reading all the testimonials and going to a support meeting that he spoke at, I'm very happy that he will be doing my surgery. The only negative aspect is that the office is very busy and could be more organized. I faxed an approval letter and almost two weeks went by before I got a call from the coordinator to say she hadn't gotten it, even though it was logged in as being received the date I sent it. "
