I am just getting ready for my surgery which will be this Tuesday, July 28th! I checked in with the chat room on this site for the first time today...I am SO, SO impressed! Thanks to each of you for the many responses to my question and for the support. Hi Happypeach! My next two days of the liquid sugar free diet will be easier with support from this group. I realized today that despite the discomfort from no food, I have something even better to think about. EVERY time I step on the scale from this day forward, I will actually be losing weight! I am nervous, somewhat scared facing the surgery, but determined to do my best because I know the best is yet to come!
