Got a call from Jan, the bariatric coordinator today.  She called to let me know she is setting up my sleep study appointment and my psych eval appointment and to expect their calls.  I am so excited that I seem to be making a little headway.  I am reading alot of profiles on here for inspiration and information.

Got the call today from Dr. Mitchell's office and my consult with him has been scheduled for August 5th.  They had been really busy and just got back to me.  I am very excited, but nervous too.  I am reading a great book on loan from one of my friends who has had lapband surgery, "WLS for Dummies".  It is really informative and is helping me make a list of questions to ask Dr. Mitchell.  I have been reading all the success stories and then decided to read some of the memorials.  How sad and how very scary.  I guess everyone goes through the "what ifs".

I still have not heard anything from Dr. Mitchell's office and I turned things in last Monday!  I've called twice and no one has returned my calls.  I am very frustrated at the lack of response......
