"Nursing staff was not attentive. My urine collection recepticle was overflowing. I asked 4 times to hve it emptyied and was ignored. I had to do it myself. My bed linen was not changed in the 3 days I was there. Pre-admission appointments were 1/2 hr. late starting. My admission was 1 hr. late before I was acknowledged and brought back to start the process. "
