thighs were 43.5 are now 34.75" = 8.75"
calves were 30" are now 23" = 7"
left arm was 18" is now 13" = 5"
right arm was 18.5" is now 13.5" = 5"
that's 83.75" gone, baby!
Got a defill in Saskatoon on Dec 22, and gained 9 lbs between that date and New Years. Yowsa. Dr. Cobourn was just happening to be in Saint John doing fills this past weekend (Jan 5), so I drove down there to get one. I was going to wait a few weeks at least to give myself a break, but with how much and how fast I gained, that wouldn't be a good idea. I got 1cc, and I was at 1.33cc before the defill. I was a little nervous that 1cc might still be too tight, but it's seeming to be going ok. I'm hoping that those 9 lbs and more will disappear soon. Last time I had to get a defill, the weight I gained while defilled was VERY quickly lost after re-filling, so I hope this'll be the case again.
Just wanted to say hi to the ladies I met at the fill-session! I came over here to Obesity Help to seek you all out, since not many of you know or come to LBT (www.lapbandtalk.com check it out!)

(damn, sorry... I didn't realize this wouldn't list my weights one per line until after I posted it!)
My last weigh in, I finally made it to 100lbs lost (and exceeded by a couple lbs)... but also on that day, after toughing it out a couple days too long, I made the decision to get a complete defill. The weekend before I'd had a vomitting spell, which inflammed things, and just made everything tight, and me barely able to eat, and in alot of pain. I've been fill-less for a little bit more than a week. The relief was immediate, and amaaazing! It's also amazing to see what a difference the band DOES make. I think having it for so long, I took for granted what it was actually doing. Right now, I am always hungry, can eat SO much, and it's getting out of hand. I didn't weigh myself last week, and I don't think I want to next week... maybe not even for a while after I finally get that fill!
I just hope things get back on track after I get this fill... my biggest fear is that this is the end of it all. Not that I would be unhappy being 180 forever... but I thought I could keep going, and I want to!
