HELLO My name is Misty and today is the first day of this journey to a better healthier me !!!!!
I do know this is going to take hard work and a strong Will and I know I can do this with my Husband and mother and my Three wonderful Boys by my side!!!!! I am 37 and I now weigh 386lbs the biggest I have ever been in my life I used to be 135lbs when i was about 16 but soon after I had my first son and gained 100lbs. since then it has been a up hill battle just to stay under 300lbs But i am sick now because I cant breathe due to this weight the meds DONT help. But my children are growing up (all over 18 now) and I need to be around for Grandchildren. I cant live this way any more I am killing myself one plate of food at a time. I can and will do this I am praying I can get the Bypass surgery to kick start my new life. I am looking forward to hearing from anyone willing to give a helpful tip or just wanting to talk.... Thank you
