My name is Emily and im 21 i just had RNY lap on 1-19-09 then about a week later had to go in because i had a bowel obstruction. it hurt worse then the rny i eneded up haveing 2 surgeries in 2 weeks and staying an extra week in the hospital. even though im still in pain and still on liquids im glad i had the surgery. i have lost 50 pounds since i started this journey and cant wait for more to melt off. now im just focusing on getting better getting my liquids in and figuring out when to try new foods. its going to be interesting but im going to enjoy this journey!
