Returning to work

I will be returning to work wed and worried about being able to get all my fluids in. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I had surgery 10 days ago and still continue to have pain in my back or under my right lung when i take a deep breath. I've cont to use the Incentive spirometer and deep breath and it is subsiding but slowly. Is this normal ?
