December 6, 2003 Its been ahile since I have posted anything. I feel so bad its been a year and 3 months since I had the surgery and I am just Not losing like I need to. I am at a 90 o 100 pound weight loss. I cannt do any serious walking due to an open area on bottom of foot. which is never going to heal. Day of surgery I weighed 373 today I weigh 282. I am so depresed and upset. But one hoeful news is that when I seen my surgon on October 10, 2003 for my one year check up, he said I am rweady for a tummy tuck. in my mind I think it might be too erly, but yet, the doctor said I would feel better, be able to move around better and be able to start losing again without the hanging skin. so right now I am waiting aproval from Medicare. when I talked to the nurse, she said nothing yet, but hopefully medicasre will pay for it since for me it is a medical neccessity. and then the surgery will not happen until at least January 2004.

Wednesday, July 9, 2003e Its been 9 months and 15 days since I had surgery and I lost 103 pounds so far! I cannot believe I have lost so much thus far. I still struggle alot to get my protein water and walking in I do not get as tired as I used to. My diabetes is under control, I do not have to take medicine

Satuday, June 28, 2003 Its been 9 months since I had WLS and sofar I lost 101 pounds. It is a real struggle for me, because I am not able to excersice due to sores on feet yet. I am finding out that i am starting to breathe easier when I walk long distance.

02/07/03---It s been 133 days since I have had surgery and I have lost a total of 88 pounds. I am well on my way to that binki I always dreamed about. My start weight was 373pounds Now I am 285 pounds. Never thought I would be in the 200 pound range. I still have trouble with some foods and Ihave trouble of slowing down myeating. water is hard for me too. I wished I had done this surgery sooner
