I am doing good. We came home on Friday, i have a little muscle pain nothing major. I am doing a lot of belching and hiccuping. Looking forward to getting to have protein shakes starting next week. How did things go with you?

my pre op diet is going well, I lost about 5lbs last week. I was quite surprised do to the fact that I was traveling all of last week. I am going to start all liquids by the end of this week and i will be traveling starting on Saturday. I am trying to prepare the best i can but I am still a little concerned about the liquid diet and traveling. How are things going with your pre op diet? Do you have any tips.
