Tomorrow will be my 5 mos marker! Today I sit in a size 14 jeans(most of the time),71lbs lighter and full of energy and self confidence. Life gets better everyday!

One month down and so far I am 30lbs down , I don't think I have ever been this excited in my life . I fit into a size 18 today wow! Things are changing so quickly in front of my eyes I dont have a chance to notice until someone at work stops me and tells me hey lady look at your jean they are getting really baggy, or Mindy your looking good. I expected people to notice eventually but so quickly Im shocked! Im not complaining just shocked!
