"Patient pick-up when leaving the hospital is less than ideal. I ended up being wheeled about half a block to where my ride's car was waiting in line for other patient pick-ups and delivery truck unloading. Not enough nursing staff - after two calls (and them saying they would send some one), I finally realized no one was going to come so I took care of things myself."
