"Dr. Lalor is very competent. Explains everything in detail. He makes sure that you understand all of the potential risks involved. Very cautious. Does stress the aftercare, diet and exercise. Encourages support groups and follow up visits. He always sat and talked with me, in the hospital, for 10-15 minutes each morning, explaining labs, his concerns about possible leaks and infections, and his concern that I lived 1 1/2 hours away from the hospital. Was very thorough in his explanations and he made sure that not only I understood them, but, that my husband also understood what to watch for. His staff has been amazing. Always ready to answer any questions I have. "

"The staff was on top of things at all times. My stay was one of the best hospital stays I have had. I cannot say enough for the way the nursing staff was always there with a smile. The only issue I had was the window to the hallway, that had no covering. I had to always remind the staff to close the door at night, to drown out all the noise. "
