^j^ ANGEL FLYING IN ^j^ Hi everyone! Thank you for joining me in welcoming Mike to the losing side! His surgery support page can be found at http://www.obesityhelp.com/morbidobesity/status.phtml?N=J1107485397 . Mike went into surgery at approximately 11:45 am yesterday, and I was able to stay with him in the surgery prep area until he was carted into the OR room. His surgeon called at approximately 3:30 pm saying that he was out of surgery and that the surgery went fine without any complications. I arrived back to the hospital to wait for him to come out of recovery. He was assigned a room and arrived in the room at about 8 pm, and I was able to stay with him until about 9 pm. He was in a lot of pain all last night and this morning, though he is doing better now since his pain meds were changed from morphine to toradol (sp?). I am spending today with Laurie and Dave at their home, and Mary Ann just called saying that she and Nadine visited him at the hospital. They report that he seemed to be doing well :) Sending hugs to all, and if you haven't already, please take a moment to wish dear Mike a smooth recovery from here on out!!! Hey Mikey, Sorry to hear that you are in pain, but soon it will be over and then it will be forgotten. The results in the end will outweigh the process in achieving them and you would probably do it all over again. Thinking about you. I was very glad to meet you at the party this weekend and I hope to see you again. Perhaps by the time this next party comes around, you'll be feeling better. Good Luck! Cristina Wilson

Mr Jones...Welcome to the losing side and I cant belive that you are finally gonna be skinny. I sure hope that you stay a jolly fat man inside. I am coming to visit you today and I hope you snap out of your ouchie side. I promise to behave. Take Care bud and have a speedy recovery.
