I am so grateful for my firends....and you are one of the bestest! I am thrilled to take this journey with you, and once we get to goal - watch out - the girls are comin to town! Thanks for turning me onto this site....and we can watch each other as we go along, and help when needed. Your heart is wayyyy to big for your body there girlfriend! I love you LOADS AND LOADS AND LOADS!!!!!!

If anyone had told me how easy this was going to be - I would have called you a liar to your face. Now I would have had to eat (figuratively, of course) those words. This journey, although short - from surgery date - I have encountered no real issues. No cravings, no real problems. Yahoooooooo! My friends, Denise and Mary Ann, and a few others, have been so supportive. I am truly blessed. To date I am down from 330 to 304 (day of surgery) to 281 - a number I have not seen in YEARS!!! After struggling with this since I got out of the Army in 1976 - it almost seerms too easy. The word Denise and I agree on is it fees surreal. But my journey is good so far.
