Home from Surgery

Well I had my surgery yesterday and I am home now!! I am feeling quite sore but so happy to be on the losers bench. I still have my drain in and I CANT wait to have it removed next week. Its soo uncomfortable. I am on clear liquids now for a week but I have no appetite so I dont mind. I am down 10 lbs since the pre op diet and I am very happy. Off to take it easy and get better. Dr. H said my surgery went awesome it only took him 45 min and he did a hernia repair while he was in there LOL he is good. I saw him this morning and he was very happy with how I have been walking a lot and also glad that the gas is gone ( so am I LOL)

Liquid diet

Well I am on day 6 and it is very hard for me. I have learned through this process when I am actually hungry and when my head is hungry and that will be such a great tool for me after surgery to be able to tell the difference. I have my surgery in 5 days and I cant wait!!! I cant wait to be on the losers bench 
I have lost about 2 lbs on the liquid diet which isnt much and i am not cheating but I think I am also retaining water weight right now. Well on to more liquids
