HEY EVRYONE!!! I had my revision surgery (open RNY Gastric Bypass)on Friday morning the 21st and was released from the hospital yesterday evening the 24th! I had expected a longer surgery as I was a revision from gastric stapling 23 years ago, but it was only 3 hours! I was up and walking by the afternoon of the 21st and I believe the incentive I had to get better quickly has helped me in my recovery. So far so good! I try and walk after every meal and I am sipping fluid constantly. I cannot say how excited I am about everything. Thanks go out to my official angel "JO", Sue A.(who is another of Dr. Stoner's revision patients), my friends, my family both here and at home, and my DH......he was right there for me when I truely needed him!! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!

Good morning everyone. Just stopping in to post some good news. Marilyn is home. She called me at ten o'clock last night to say she was home. She was tired but doing great. Thanks again to all that have posted their support for her. Hugs and smiles.. MJ
