Hi. I'm Misty! I'm happily married to the most amazing man EVER! Together we have six beautiful children, two boys, four girls, ages 10-1. I lead a busy life, besides my family I am also in school full time, work full time for a large insurance company, and have family karate six days a week! My husband has been my support for as long as I can remember. I have struggled all my life with my weight. I am very active, and keep a food journal, and have been pushing for this added "tool" for a while now. While part of me still had hope I could get to where I wanted to be without it, I have decided, with medical help, that this was a better route. Now it's just appointments, appointments, appointments, and down to the last leg of the beginning of a new journey!
