Beginning my journey

Well, I started my weight loss journey today! I had my first appt with Dr. Aguila and will be starting my six month dr supervised diet. It does not look too bad, yet. I am actually worried about losing too much and getting below the required BMI of 40 to be approved for the surgery! I currently have a BMI of 45. I figure I can lose no more than 20 lbs to be above 40. Can't wait for the six months to hurry and be over so I can have my surgery!
