Hurry up and wait.......I have completed the last requirement for my insurance pre approval. I had my psych evaluation on 10-4-07 and am waiting for it to be sent to surgeon's office to submit to my insurance. In a bit of a time crunch due to insurance changing to another carrier on Jan. 1! Wish me luck!
