well its been a year since i had surgery.The road has not been easy,but i know anything you want you half to work at it.If i had not have has this surgery i would not have lost the weight i have.i am very happy that i had the lap-band.Its not a race to loose the weight i just want to be healthy.So i happy to be in a size 18 pants and 14/16 tops
.This time last year i was in a 26/28 on top and bottom.Thanks to everyone on oh for being such great people Take care and god bless

the weight is coming off slowley but surely.I am trying to remember all the band rules and follow them closer.I am still very happy that i had the band surgery.I know that it takes time and like i said in my last post its not a race. i alsoknow when the scale is not movin i am know i am loosing inches. I put on a pair of 18 dress pants the other day i was so excited
.Without the band i would still be in a size 26\28.Thanks for all the support everyone has shown me.There is a great group of people on here.Take care and god bless.

I know i don't stop by an update like i should i try and do it more often.My life right now is wonderful.I am so thankful i had lap band surgery. I have lost 55 pds and i am down 5 sizes in clothes.The weight loss is slower.but i am loosing.Its not a race.I just want to be healthy for my kids.I hope 2008 is the year for everyone on oh.Take care.God bless

life right now is great i am down 38 pds since surgey.I had my first fill wed and it seems to be working.I have went from size 24/26 to20/22.I am so excited about the new me to come.I hope all of you on oh are great.Thanks for all your support.
