6months today I had my lap rny surgery. I'm very lucky. I can eat anything. I never got sick. I am down 86 pds now. I have a whole new life Food is not number 1 in my life. I wear size 18 pants 14tops or xl
6months ago I wore size 26/28 pants and 30/32 tops. I am so much happier. anyone will tell you I am a different person. I have no knee or back pains any more. I can run up and down the stairs. No shortness of breaths. Lots more energy.
