"The first visit was short and sweet and he told me all about the surgery, very informative and he gives you a packet to read up on. The office staff are nice and have always answered any questions I had and were very informative and friendly. I have no negative experience with them at all, only good. They have a great support group 2xmonthly that was very informative and you got to meet people who have been through this all ready, you can go once or as many times as you like."
