They told me that it takes about six months for the band to communicate with your brain - it is getting better and I think will be there soon. I have a 14cc band and it is getting filled very slowly - I guess that is good. Not loosing weight yet in fact I have gained weight a few pounds but it is not the direction I wanted to go in. but I'm getting there...
Second fill

Just had my second fill - there is still not a lot of difference yet and several assures me that there will be once the bands gets to where it needs to be... I can't wait for that. Mick in ATL said that I have to remember that I did not get this way overnight and I will not get thin overnight - but to give it time and I will see that it really works great. That is great. Looking forward to that.

Waiting for my first port fill - my guts are good, feeling good, nothing inside me hurts. The port fill will happen on September 9th at 3:30. Looking forward to it for the simple fact of that will be the real start of my weight loss...
