For the past 25 years, I have insulated myself from living an authentic life - buried in obesity and sluggishness. I had VSG on 8/25/2014 and even though I am only 3 weeks out, I have this incredible feeling of emerging - frightening and joyful all at the same time. I am hungry to live the rest of my life in authenticity. I look forward to making new friends on this incredible new journey!
