I am having my RNY on Thursday, Nov. 8th. I need help with losing the weight. I had two tragic years with the lost of my Mom (July 2010) . Also, fell down the steps and my disc on resting on my spinal cord. January 2011 I had three Cervical Spine surgeries within 6 months. July of 2011 I lost my brother he was 58 years old. Through all this I was very depressed and ate for all different emotions. I was unable to exercise due to neck and back pain.
Now that 2013 is beginning so is my new life!!!
