"First Impression was that he was very busy, but he didn't make me feel like my questions were a waste of his time, he just seems like he deserves a vacation soon! Staff were very friendly. I liked it best that he looked me in the eye the whole time, eye contact is very important to me. He totally emphasizes aftercare... Thats all I know about him so far!"
