Well its here, tomorrow i start pre-op diet for 14 days. I am looking forward to it (I think), looking forward to weight loss for sure. I want to picture myself without all this crap around my body but I have never seen it so its hard to picture. going to take it one day at a time. Please help and encourage me if you can. Thats me talking to the universe and who everelse is listening.

Well it's Friday the 13th and i have 3 days left until i start the preop protien diet. I am excited and nervous but I think I am dealing well with it. I will be taking pictures this weekend and posting them her. Thank you Julie for introducing me to this site. I think thats it for this first post.. be back tomorrow as I want to try and do daily posts to help keep me focused.
