Received 1 cc. fill. My weight is 174.

Weight is 180.5. Lost 3 lbs. Had a fill of .3 cc. My next Dr. appointment is May 21, 2010.

My weight is 183.5. Lost 3 lbs. Had a fill of 0.5 cc. My next Dr's. appointment is April 23, 2010.

Had an appointment with Dr. B. today. My weight 186.5. A lose of 6 lbs. Had a fill of 0.2 cc. For the next three days I'm on liquids. Then on the fourth day I start mushy/soft foods. Next Dr. appointment is March 26. Labs were done.

Had an appointment with Dr. B. today. My weight is 192 lbs. Lost 4 lbs. I had the option to have a fill or not. I chose not to have one at this time. I will have my Labs done next appointment on February 26, 2010.

No weight loss this month. Weight is 196 lbs. 

Received my first fill today. Dr. ''B'' put in 1cc. in my band. The experience of the fill was a good one, I have no complaints. I start liquids for one day, then on soft food for two days. And then go back on regular food.

As of today, I do feel  a little restriction after my 1 cc. fill, but not much. I continue to follow the band rules and I do measure my food. If not, otherwise, I would probably overeat. Some days I'm really hungry and some days I'm not. Getting to know what is real hunger or if it's head hunger is a struggle. My next appointment is January 21, 2010.

My weight is 196 lbs. Lost 6 lbs. with no fill.

My weight is 202 lbs. Lost 9 lbs. with no fill.

My weight is 211 lbs. Lost 4 lbs. with no fill.

My weight is 215 lbs. Lost 22 lbs. with no fill.
