This weight loss journey is going great.   i just wish i could hold more food down. I haven't been able to drink all my protein shakes. I 'm thinking of making some type of protein smoothie.  I started a fitness program. I use the ellipitcal for 30 minutes and the threadmill for 1 hr.  Today i weigh 220.

I 'm trying so hard   to drink my protein drinks. I am drinking more water now. Today, I can have puree chicken, eggs and turkey.  I thank God I made it this far. My daughter and i walked for 30 minutes yesterday. I'm thinking of walking the school track just to get more excersie in.  Monday, I will start the threadmill and ellipitical machine with strength training. Hopefully, this weekend i can drink my 3 protein shakes a day.

I'm so happy the gas in my stomach is going down. I'm moving much better around the house, but i stil feel a little tired.  Today i start the second part of Phase 1. I can't wait to get some jello in my belly and drink Protein shakes.  I hope I'm getting enough water.  last night I drank a little bit more water than I should have.  I hope i haven't streched my pouch.  I must say i don't get as hungry as i use to.  My daughter is being a great help she enjoys the sugar free popsicles has much as i do.  Today i weighed myself, I weigh 236. Thank you God.

Well, what can i  say. Everyone who has been in my  position knows how i feel.  Boy am i tired.  God bless my Dr. Dallal. Its like he cut away the struggle i had with weight loss. My daughter and her father were so great.   My daughter's father is a wonderful man.  Now back to this gas pain. This feeling is horrible. I sip sip sip, but i don't think i am drinking enough water.  oh how i wish this pain would go away.
