This weight loss journey is going great. i just wish i could hold more food down. I haven't been able to drink all my protein shakes. I 'm thinking of making some type of protein smoothie. I started a fitness program. I use the ellipitcal for 30 minutes and the threadmill for 1 hr. Today i weigh 220.

I'm so happy the gas in my stomach is going down. I'm moving much better around the house, but i stil feel a little tired. Today i start the second part of Phase 1. I can't wait to get some jello in my belly and drink Protein shakes. I hope I'm getting enough water. last night I drank a little bit more water than I should have. I hope i haven't streched my pouch. I must say i don't get as hungry as i use to. My daughter is being a great help she enjoys the sugar free popsicles has much as i do. Today i weighed myself, I weigh 236. Thank you God.
