Dear Maria: I'm so sorry about the complications you're currently suffering with. I know about complications after wls, so please understand that there are many here at Amos thinking and praying for you. Please keep your heart on the optimistic side----it will help immensly with your recovery. Hello Maria - <br>I'm so sorry</b> to hear about the complications you're going through with your surgery. I know it's got to be difficult at best to remain positive about your decision at a time like this. But know in time, that this too shall pass. A year from now, you'll be looking back at all of this like a distant memory. You'll have a smile on your face and be thrilled that you were couragious enough to follow through with your dreams to be thinner and healthier. Know that you are not alone and that there are MANY of us that will have you in our thoughts and prayers during your recovery period. Hello Amos Family: I spoke to Maria Rivera (we share the same name) and they are feeding her through IV. They have given her many tests to see what's wrong with her and hopefully she'll find out today. She is very nervous and scared. Please send her your well wishes and keep her in your prayers. EVERYONE, KEEP MARIA IN YOUR PRAYERS SHE WAS ADMITTED TO THE HOSPITAL YESTERDAY. SHE HASN'T BEEN EATING OR DRINKING. THEY BELIEVE THAT SHE MAY HAVE A NARROW TUBING SOMETHING TO DO WITH HER ESOPHAGUS. AT FIRST THEY THOUGHT IT WAS A BLOCKAGE. PLEASE PRAY THAT THEY CAN DETERMINE WHAT SHE HAS AND HELP HER GET THROUGH IT. SHE'S UPSET BUT SHE'S TRUSTING IN THE LORD.
