I first logged on 10-2-09. Since then, I have met with my surgeon, had all my tests done, completed 4 nutrition classes, the 5Th one this Tuesday and have a date of 04-30-10 for my surgery.. I am very excited. My BMI is 53 and I have a long road ahead of me. I am keeping a very positive attitude and know that I will succeed. I love this site and check in all the time. I am now ready to add my profile and move forward. I have 2 beautiful children 7 and 2. I am married to my best friend and my soul mate for life. I am scheduled to have the Lap Band done and cannot wait. When I started I had over 6 months to go, I am now down to less than 7 weeks. I know that I will be asking a lot of questions and getting and giving a lot of support to all my fellow WLS friends. Looking forward to sharing my journey with you. ME
