I MADE IT PASS THE DOCTORS GOAL. I'M 155 LBS AND I FEEL PRETTY GOOD. ONLY PROBLEM NOW THE PEOPLE AROUND ME CHANGED..OH WELL THE ONES WHO REALLY LOVED ME R STILL AROUND.

Okay as of today I lost 131 since May 2008. Now I find that my tailbones is in terrible pain!!!! I hope it's normal, please let me know if you have had or even have this problem. I'm assuming because I lost the extra padding I had back there, but it kills me when I sit for a long time. If anyone went though this please reassure me it's going to get better.. I'M IN PAIN

I'm making it family..It's 3 months today and I'm down 70lbs since surgery and 102lbs since I started my journey in May 2008. I feel great family 245lbs and healthy.

I lost 8lbs since March 25th...I'm 249. Oh and before I go Rita's Sugar free Peach Mango is YUMMY. I had a regular size for dinner and I feel in love. OH Friends you need to try it if you haven't.

So excited today... I stepped on the scale this morning and I'm out of the 260's Weighing in today at 257

Okay I'm blowing the candles off my make believe cake
. I'm down 50 lbs to 265 and looking and feeling great. Happy Anniversary to me and my friend Delight send her a congrats if you can.
