Good morning everyone today is my one month post op and i lost 22 lbs since my revision.  Doctor is very pleased she told me I lost more than expected.  I do have to say that I am having a hard time understanding that a revision has a slower weight loss rate and feel that I may not be doing it the diet right,  she did reassure me that I am in a very good track.  Please do not get me wrong I feel very blessed that I got this new opportunity but I am scared as hell to mess it up.  Anyone feeling the same please comment.

Good morning everyone.  I expected to have flatulence after surgery but was not expecting to have loose stools any input in this matter?

Today it makes my 3rd week of my new journey.  I started soft foods and I am down 20 lbs.  But I do have to say that on mother's day I made some food choices that were not very smart and paid for it later.  Today I am back on track and making sure that I load up on liquids with my protein water.  Have a bless day everyone.

Good Morning everyone.

Today it has been to weeks and thus far I have lost 17 lbs.  I started my pureed diet today.  So far so good.

Hope everyone is well.  Is anyone in the area of CT. thinking of going to 
Conference in October 2017
