I'm EXCITED to inform that I saw my surgeon and was inform for the very first time in my entire life that I'm at my ideal weight. Never in my wildest dreams would have I imagine I would be healthy. Never expected to be under 150 or be a size 9 or small or get engaged so many things I have already thought I was never gonna achieve because at some point in my life I have giving up... to any one out there who has giving up or think of giving up DON"T. It's never to late to make all your dreams come to reality. I'm happy with the new me. It still some getting used to... but I'm at a point in my life I'm happy with myself.

I've reach my goal of 150 lbs... it was one of the happiest moment of my life....

I was so excited when I went to my 6 months check up. Got on the scale and it read 197... it was one of the happiest moment since my surgery. Just 47 lbs more to go and I'll reach my goal of 150 before my year mark. Awesome!

It's been about a week and half since my gallbladder was remove I'm feeling pretty. I got my 6 months results everything seems okay except I'm still low on my Vitamin A & now I'm low in B-complex... more pills. My actual weight right now is 203lbs. I'm getting very close on being under 200. :) I'm very happy with my results up to now I had the surgery on February just 6 months ago. I've lost a total of 114lbs since my surgery. Since I started all the process last year 162 bs. I feel great and proud of what I have achieve.

Well it's been a long time since I updated my blog. Last time I was 246 lbs that was June3. Now I'm 218lbs. My doctor was very impress and happy for my progress. My goal is to reach 150 lbs by the end of this year. Now I will be having surgery again having my gallbladder remove. Yes, gallbladder stones, but thank god I haven't had no attack so they will be doing surgery now on August 12. My life has change in so many ways... I"m down to a size 16 in jeans a size large in shirts. WOW  never thought i would be that size ever in my life.this has been the best decision in my life. don't regret it for nothing it.

Well today I was at my doctor's office. I met a lot of people who are going or just got surgery interesting conversations. But well My results were good the only thing is that I have vitamin A deficiency. My weight lost was of 30 lbs. and my BMI is 40.9 from 45.5. I'm proud of my self. I was told I have to loose 100lbs more. And that is my goal before February of next year.

I'm not sure if their is a lot of people who are going through this, but this mood swings are weird. One minute I'm okay then another I'm like mad or sad. I only went through this while I was pms. I heard it's a lot with the you just getting used to so many changes physically and mentally. I hope it gets better I have faith it will.

Looking forward to my test results and to see how much weight I've lost in the past 1 month and 1/2.
